How can I copy my AM  files off my desk top to a thumb drive and install them on my new laptop?

Dear WilliamP.

To move your password database to another PC you will need to locate the file called AccessManager.xdb. This is usually located at one of the the following locations...

C:\Users\'MyUserName'\AppData\Local\Citi-Software\Access Manager 2\
C:\Program Files\Citi-Software\Access Manager 2\
C:\Program Files (x86)\Citi-Software\Access Manager 2\
C:\Users\'MyUserName'\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program

Once you have installed Access Manager on your new PC you will need to replace the default database file (AccessManager.xdb) with the one you have copied from your other PC, the location will be one of the locations mentioned above.

Thanks.
