When running the latest install version it complains about needing .NET2.0 but windows 10 already comes with .NET4 and refuses to install .NET2, so I am in a gridlock.I would really like to access my passwords on my new Windows 10 laptop.....

Dear wimcraig.
Windows 10 does already come with .Net Framework installed but quite often it is disabled. To enable it you will need to follow these few steps...
1) Go to Control Panel
2) Select Programs
3) Select Turn Windows features on or off4) Check the box .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) and click OK.
After doing this you may need to run Windows Update to get any recent updates for .NET Framework 2.0.
Many thanks.
