Cannot access Google Drive or One Drive as backup location

When I try to backup to either Google Drive or One Drive I get the msg Access to the path "C:\Users\Gerard\OneDrive\Documents\Users\Gerard\AppData\Local\Citi-Software\Access Manager 2" is denied. (Substitute Google Drive for OneDrive for Google). This may have started after I installed Windows 10, it used to work just fine. Any ideas? Check for backups says Access Manager professional is up to date.

Hi gstafleu,

Is the path you have mentioned where you have the Access Manager database file stored? or where you are backing up to?

If it is the latter then unfortunately I am unsure of the access rules for Google's drive account. It may be worth posting the question within a Google related forum. If you are storing the Access Manager databse file at that path and trying to backup from there then I would assume that there are some permission settings on the OneDrive location that will need to be changed.

Kind regards.

This is really convenient. Plus Storing in google cloud also allows us to access files in every device you have signed in with!
