Hi Ruud,
The solution for this issue is to delete the AccessManager.cfg and/or the AccessManager.config file, depending on your version of Access Manager. The file is located in one or more of the following folders:
C:\Users\’MyUserName’\AppData\Local\Citi-Software\Access Manager 2\
C:\Program Files\Citi-Software\Access Manager 2\
C:\Program Files (x86)\Citi-Software\Access Manager 2\
C:\Users\’MyUserName’\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Citi-Software\Access Manager 2\
Use Windows Explorer (File Explorer) to search for and delete all copies of the configuration file. This file will be re-created next time you start Access Manager. You will need to re-enter your Product Key details if you use the professional version.

I may have a s imilar problem; unable to open access manager 2. First occurance around 20-12-2017.
The error line reads:
"de index ligt buiten de matrixgrenzen"
would that be:
"IndexOutOfRangeException"?
What can I do to open, and how can I prevent this to happen in future?
Please help me, all my passwords are well protected, but I need them urgently.
Peter
Hi Peter.
I would say that the error you ar getting is the same issue as above.
You will need to delete your AccessManager.cfg file as explained in the post.
Kind regards
