I dont know if this will solve your problem...but if you try find these files;
..hope it will help you.
amrena is correct you need to find your password database file which is called AccessManager.xdb.
It should have been located in one of the following locations.
- C:\Users\’MyUserName’\AppData\Local\Citi-Software\Access Manager 2\
- C:\Program Files\Citi-Software\Access Manager 2\
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Citi-Software\Access Manager 2\
- C:\Users\’MyUserName’\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Citi-Software\Access Manager 2\
The file will need to be placed int eh same location on your new PC or new harddrive.
Let us know how you get on.
I have had concerns that my backup is not really a full and valid backup. Why do I say that? Because the file size and file date of the two files that create the backup are always the same. (AccessManager.xdb 90,112 01/22/2019, AccessManager.dbt 90,112 12/19/2012) So for grins I added a "test me" username/password. I removed the backup from the my backup folder, did the backup (10/10/2019), witnessed the two backup files being created with the old dates and size. I copied these two files to a USB drive. Went to my laptop and replaced all AccessManager.xdb and AccessManager.dbt files I could find. I could not find any menu that allows you to restore a backup so I just replaced and opened up the database. There was not a "test me" username. So what's up with that? I love this program. I have had my challenges but have found work arounds. But if I'm not creating a valid backup then I guess it's time to move on. Suggestions? Recommendations?

The safest approach to recovering files from a hard disk drive is to connect it as an additional drive. That might mean installing a new primary drive in your computer, or it might mean using a second computer for the data recovery process.
If the above steps did not work, and f you have a large budget (I believe we’re talking hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars) and the data that you’ve lost is that important to you, then it might be worth contacting a data recovery service.

A good starting point for finding files types to include is to look at the registered file types on the computer. Click Start. Open Control Panel, click Control Panel Home, and click Programs. Click Default Programs, and click Associate a file type or protocol with a program. slate roof titusville fl
