Portable media installation stores data on C: drive

I bought the Pro version of Access Manager 2 and created an installation for portable media. This works fine except when I launch the application from let's say the E: drive, it keeps storing new changes to the C: drive in the user folder. It keeps doing this after deleting the entire folder C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\Citi-Software\Access Manager 2.

It does this on different Windows 10 pc's.
My list of stored passwords is quite large so I kind of don't want to start over. Is there a solution to get this working with my current data?

Some genuinely interesting points you been observe there. Although they don't store any more files on the drive, and even if they delete some files, their C drive keeps filling up.Decreasing the disk space used for System Restore Point might be the solution to C drive keeps filling up.You should that one first and explore injustice gods among us ultimate edition.
