Hello, as the title says I switched from a x32bit system to a x64bit system and now I can't even open the program to try to recover my passwords. It worked fine after upgrading to Windows 10, x32bit, and then I did a clean install to make the switch to the x64bit system.

The error is: Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.   The type initializer for '(symbols that I can't duplicate with a standard keyboard)' threw an exception.

Details are as follows: Ok, I would input all of the details, but your forum doesn't want to allow me to paste them, and I don't have time to input manually atm.

Update, as soon as your Android version comes out, it would be great if I could possibly use my tablet to recover my passwords! Frankly, I'm not impressed with this situation. All I want is a way to recover my passwords please.

Hi Patrick,

To fix this error you will need to delete your configuration file. To do this you can follow the steps below.

1) Close Access Manager.
2) Use Windows Explorer (Called File Explorer on newer versions of Windows) to Search for the file called AccessManager.cfg and/or AccessManager.config.
3) Delete all instances found of these files.
4) Restart Access Manager.

If you are using the Professional version of Access Manager you will need to re-enter your licence details by clicking Tools then Register.

Kind regards.
