Unable to edit existing or add new entries

I am unable to add or edit the existing password entries. If I try to do that the application hangs and I need to kill the process and log in again.

The only use I now have is read only

Hi jbgokhale,

Can you check that you are using the latest version of Access Manager (2.2.65) to do this click on the Help menu and then click Check for Updates.

If you need to update Access Manager to the latest version please do so and let me know if the same problem exists.

Alternatively you could try uninstalling and reinstalling Access Manager. Ensure that you have backed up your password database before doing this though. The file you need to backup is called AccessManager.xdb.

Thanks, my version was the latest. I had to uninstall and reinstall Access Manager to get it working. The reason for I raising this in the forum was that I have observed this for the second time in the past few months.
